Whether our guests are looking to purchase authentic or bespoke goods, desiring customised pieces to commemorate their journeys, or interested in a behind-the-scenes tour or meet-and-greet in workshops, studios, or showrooms, we can make all of the arrangements to suit. For specialised gifts, we’ll organize in-room deliveries, or shipping back home; depending on size and time to create.

GUEST RELATIONS
It is important to us that our guests feel prepared and warmly welcomed, so we look after them behind the scenes from start to finish and ensure a smooth journey from the pre-trip planning stages all the way to departures back home. We serve as an extra set of hands on the ground and can assist with any needs that may arise. We check in on our guests daily and when necessary, can make up-to-the-minute room drops, upgrades, changes in pace, dining reservations, or Plan B backup activities in case of inclement weather.
